This album is the inaugural recording of the 4/38 Wurlitzer installed in the Hardman Music Studio in Great Falls, Virginia. The instrument, formerly owned by Richard 'Dick' Simonton, founder of the American Theatre Organ Society (ATOS), has been completely rebuilt and re-installed, and is heard for the first time on this recording.

Among the works heard on this disc is the first-ever recording of the complete Piano Concerto in A minor by Edvard Grieg.
